The state owned stock company Pramprojektas was established in 1940. The company underwent partial privatization in 1993. Presently a hundred percent of share equity is owned by private investors.

AB Pramprojektas is one of the major engineering companies in Lithuania that develops designs of construction works of exceptional significance. The company’s multidisciplinary team consists of 69 high qualified specialists.

Experience and knowledge accumulated during 70 years of activity allows AB Pramprojektas to render for the clients professional and highly qualified designing and consulting services and to develop complex business and state significant designs.

Qualification certificate No 0758 recognizes the company as eligible for providing design documentation for construction works of exceptional significance. The company prepares design documentation for new, reconstructed, renovated or demolished buildings, engineering networks or communication systems of industry, energetic or other economic activity as well as residential or public buildings or buildings of other purposes. Moreover the company prepares feasibility studies, proposals for designing, assessment of impact to environment, detail layouts of sites and special layouts for engineering infrastructure and carries out planning of area and supervision of implementation of design documentation.

During the company’s activity specialists have developed around 8 thousand designs for industry, public and agricultural facilities, logistic, shipping and oil product terminals, commercial, transport, rail transport, water treatment, waste treatment and other facilities. The company is one among few qualified and experienced to engineer in the branch of nuclear energetic.
