Regarding the resolution issued by The Securities Commission of The Republic of Lithuania

The Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania by the resolution No 2K-170 issued on 9th September 2010 carried out the decision that AB Pramprojektas is not an issuer under the Law on Securities Market Of the Republic of Lithuania. The decision is based on the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders that took place on 15^th April 2010 and information regarding the implementation of tender offer.
